What data can I migrate from Cyrious?

Customers (company name, contacts, email, phone, address), Jobs (job numbers, descriptions, status, due dates, line items, pricing), and Invoices. Some Cyrious-specific configuration like custom workflows may need manual re-creation, but all transactional data comes across.

Do I need IT support to set up Kontrol?

ShopVox offers a paid migration service from Cyrious — alternatively, our support team can help you extract and import whatever CSV data you can generate.

Migration imports are best-effort based on the data Cyrious Controlmakes available via CSV or data export. Actual results depend on the completeness and format of your exported data. We recommend running a dry-run import first and verifying all records before going live. Art files, design assets, and platform-specific configurations are not transferable between systems and will need to be re-uploaded or re-configured in Kontrol™.
