   Open any Printavo new-quote tab. The KOpilot™ side panel pops in. Drag the PO PDF (or .xlsx, or a screenshot of the email — your customers send weird files) onto the drop zone.

   Our AI reads the PO into structured line items. PO number, due date, customer, every (style, color, size, qty) combo. Color-change fees, setup fees, RUSH — all caught. Multi-design POs get split into print groups automatically.

   KOpilot™ fills Printavo

   The extension types the data into Printavo's form for you. Outlines highlight any field it wasn't 100% sure about so you know where to glance. You hit save. Next.

Which tier? Most shops live on Starter — 250 POs/mo covers a typical decorated-apparel shop with room to spare. If you're consistently doing 1,000+ POs a month, Pro is the cheaper math (250 POs on Pro = $0; on Starter overage = $25 + $50). You can flip between tiers in two clicks via your billing portal — no sales call, no contract.

Questions you'd reasonably ask.

Does this work with anything besides Printavo?

Not yet. Printavo's the first target because it's the most-typed-into form in this industry. ShopVOX, ShopWorks, and DecoNetwork are next on the list (in roughly that order, based on customer requests).

Will it modify or break my Printavo orders?

KOpilot™ only fills new-quote and new-order forms — never edits existing orders without you starting one. If a field is uncertain it stays empty and gets a colored outline so you can fill it in.

What does KOpilot™ send to your servers?

The PO file (PDF, XLSX, or screenshot) and your license key. The file gets parsed on our backend, the structured JSON comes back to your browser, the original file isn't retained. We log usage counts for billing and a vendor fingerprint hash for learning. That's it.

Do I need to bring my own AI API key?

No. We use industry-leading AI on our backend and the cost is baked into your $25/mo. You never see a key, never set up an account anywhere else, never get a surprise usage bill. That's the whole point.

What's the difference between Starter and Pro?

Starter is $25/mo with 250 POs included — fits most decorated-apparel shops. Pro is $100/mo with 2,000 POs included — designed for production shops doing 1,000+ POs a month, where overage charges on Starter would cost you more than the Pro flat fee. Both bill overage at $0.10/PO past their cap.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes, in two clicks. Hit Manage Billing in the side panel — it opens our Stripe portal where you can flip between Starter and Pro any time. Stripe prorates the charge automatically (you don't pay twice for the same days).

What's the annual deal?

Pay 12 months upfront, get 20% off. Starter goes from $300/yr to $240/yr ($20/mo equivalent). Pro goes from $1,200/yr to $960/yr ($80/mo equivalent). Same product, same quotas, same overage rate. We just like cash up front and you like saving $60-$240.

Do I need to buy seats for my team?

No. One license = your whole shop. Paste the same key on every CSR's Chrome install. The 250 (or 2,000) PO quota is shared across your team. We don't charge per user because the cost to us is per-PO, not per-person.

Cancel any time?

Click cancel in the side panel. Subscription stops at the end of the period — no refund on a partial month, but also no scheduled-cancellation hoops or 5-step retention flow. We don't email you back five times asking why.

Why is it called KOpilot™?

KO = Knock Out. As in: you knock out the typing. The K is also because every Kontraktr product starts with K and we're committed to the bit.
