Yes. Our wizard reads standard CSV exports and automatically maps company names, contact info, order numbers, statuses, line items, and pricing data. You can run a dry-run first to preview exactly what will be imported before any data is written.

What commonsku data can I import?

Customers (company name, contacts, email, phone, address) and Orders/Jobs (order number, status, line items, pricing, notes, PO references). We also import vendor information and map it to your Kontrol™ supplier records.

Can I keep commonsku for promo sales and use Kontrol for production?

For distributor/decorators who also produce in-house, the real value is consolidating your sales platform AND production management into one system.

Migration imports are best-effort based on the data commonskumakes available via CSV or data export. Actual results depend on the completeness and format of your exported data. We recommend running a dry-run import first and verifying all records before going live. Art files, design assets, and platform-specific configurations are not transferable between systems and will need to be re-uploaded or re-configured in Kontrol™.
