How much does Kontraktr™ cost?

Kontraktr™ plans start at $99/month ($79/mo billed annually) for the Starter plan with 3 team seats, unlimited jobs and customers. Professional is $249/mo, Business is $449/mo, and Enterprise is $699/mo. All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.

Is Kontraktr™ a good alternative to Printavo?

Yes. Kontraktr™ includes built-in features that Printavo charges extra for: team chat, SMS notifications, AI-powered email parsing, AssetLab™, QR code scanning, a production queue Kanban board, and a customer portal — all without add-on fees.

How do I handle a reprint in Kontrol™?

Open the original job and click Duplicate. This copies all print locations, ink colors, garment details, and line items. Update the quantity, due date, and PO number, then advance it through the pipeline. The original mockup is reused so you skip art approval unless something changed.

Does Kontraktr™ integrate with QuickBooks?

Yes. Kontraktr™ syncs invoices, payments, and customer records with QuickBooks Online. Setup takes about 5 minutes through the Integrations page in Settings.

Can my customers see their order status online?

Yes. Every customer gets a unique portal link where they can view job status, approve artwork, download invoices, and make payments online — no login required.

Does Kontraktr™ support DTF and embroidery orders?

Yes. The Growth plan and above include DTF order management and digitizing job tracking alongside traditional screen printing jobs.

How much does it cost to list my shop on LoKator?

LoKator listings are free for all Kontraktr™ subscribers. Non-subscribers can purchase a Basic Listing at $9.99/month for a profile, portfolio, and inbound quotes, or a Featured Listing at $24.99/month for priority search placement and a Featured badge.
