Your customers get a redesigned portal with a Mockup Studio, multi-pin proof comments, and a clean subdomain URL. New shops can sign up themselves — we provision the database, push the schema, and onboard them in 60 seconds.
The Direction-D portal rewrite ships across every tab — jobs, approvals, mockup studio, messages, and a mobile bottom-dock tab bar. Beta tenants now sign up directly at /signup behind an invite-code gate; valid codes route paid tiers through Stripe Checkout, free tiers go straight to their new subdomain. Staff finally see customer comment pins on the dashboard side of /jobs/[id] with reply, resolve, and reopen. Inline version pills inside Proof Review let staff swap between V1/V2/V3 of any mockup without leaving the panel. Plus Sentry source maps re-enabled out-of-band, status-page legibility fixes, and a Mission Control sweep button.
New- Customer Portal v2 — full Direction-D redesign across the new-order flow, jobs tab, approvals, messages, and my-info. Light/dark studio chrome, sticky right rail, proper mobile breakpoints, and a bottom-dock tab bar on phones.
- Mockup Studio v2 — right rail switches between Layers, Annotations, and a Colorways tab so customers can preview the same artwork on every garment color the job is using before signing off.
- Multi-pin annotations on proofs — customers drop teardrop comment pins anywhere on a mockup, thread replies under each pin, mark resolved when the issue is addressed. Pin coordinates are stored fractional so they render correctly at any zoom.
- 3-column approval page — mockup left, decisions middle, history right. One-click Approve, Request Changes, or Decline with structured rejection categories so the shop knows why.
- Direction-D filter chip row on the portal jobs tab — by status, by location, by recent activity, with empty-state copy and animated transitions.
- Staff multi-pin viewer in /jobs/[id] — every customer comment pin shows up in the dashboard with the customer's note, the full reply thread, and resolve/reopen actions. Resolutions stamp the staff member who closed them for the audit trail.
- Drawings / Pins toggle in Proof Review — the existing Fabric.js drawing annotations and the new comment pins share one panel; staff flip between modes with a single pill.
- Inline version pills in Proof Review — Live + V1 / V2 / V3 … swap the displayed image instantly. "Viewing V2 · changed PMS 185 to 186" badge confirms what you're looking at. Annotation entry locks to Live so feedback never lands on an archived snapshot.
- Self-serve tenant provisioning — /signup with a valid beta invite code spins up a real database, pushes the schema, seeds the admin user, and emails the new shop's URL. Total run time: about a minute.
- Stripe self-serve checkout for paid tiers — pick Starter, Growth, Pro, or Enterprise on /signup and you bounce through Stripe Checkout for subscription setup right after provisioning. Free tier skips checkout and lands on the dashboard.
- Clean portal URLs on tenant subdomains — customers reach their portal at your-shop.kontraktr.io/portal/{customer} with the wildcard SSL covering every subdomain.
- Signup-source segmentation — every tenant is tagged direct, demo, imported, or partner so the audience segmenter can drive the right drip campaign per cohort.
- Demo-cleanup cron — expired demo sandboxes (48h TTL) are deleted automatically: Neon branch removed, tenant row dropped, no orphaned billing.
- Run Full Sweep button in Mission Control — fires every cron route once and reports green/red per step so you don't have to wait for the daily schedule to spot a broken handler.
- Tenant list bulk-select + per-row delete in /admin — prune old demo accounts and stale beta tenants without flipping through individual pages.
- Sentry source-map upload pipeline — stack traces in Sentry now show readable filenames and line numbers instead of minified chunk hashes. Maps upload as a post-build step so the build itself stays under the 16 GB ceiling.
- Public status page rolls into the marketing footer alongside an embeddable badge — drop one image tag in your shop's footer and it auto-updates every 30 seconds.
Improved- Status page contrast — every widget reads on the dark background; light-mode status badge wraps in a darker chip so it doesn't disappear.
- Public-facing copy scrubbed — LLM provider names, internal architecture details, and exact platform-fee figures are no longer surfaced on marketing pages, changelog, or docs.
- Mockup Studio v2 right rail — sticky polish on tablet portrait, mobile drawer, no overflow at narrow widths.
Fixed- Changelog left-nav scroll-spy — clicking the top release no longer jumps to the 4th entry. Observer now picks the topmost intersecting release and locks during programmatic scrolls.
- Pricing page tier cards no longer flicker the BorderBeam animation indefinitely — effect now respects pointer enter/leave properly.
- Marketing pricing-page hero gradient cleaned up; tool counts restored as marketing copy after a copy-scrub regression.
