Search & Keyboard Shortcuts

Search is case-insensitive and matches any part of the field — type smithto find "Smith Apparel" and "Blacksmith Co." at the same time.

Type a PO number to instantly pull up the matching job — no need to navigate to the Jobs page first. Great when a customer calls asking about their order.

Once memorized, these let you jump anywhere in the app without lifting your hands from the keyboard. Practice G → J (Jobs) and G → Q (Production Queue) first — you'll use them dozens of times a day.

Voice commands require microphone permission in your browser. Chrome and Edge work best. If you're on a shared shop computer, use text mode in the AI assistant panel instead.
