KreatorHub™ Revision & Overage System
How revision rounds work, what happens when you exceed the included count, and how overage billing is calculated.
How revisions work
Every gig listing specifies the number of revision rounds included in the price. When a buyer receives a deliverable and wants changes, they request a revision through the order page. The artist updates the work and resubmits. This counts as one revision round.
Included revision rounds
The number of included revisions varies by gig and pricing tier. A typical gig might include 1 revision on the Basic tier, 2 on Standard, and unlimited on Premium. The included count is always shown on the gig listing before you order.
Overage billing
If a buyer requests revisions beyond the included count, the artist's overage rate kicks in. The overage rate is set by the artist on each gig (e.g. $25 per additional revision). Before the extra revision begins, the buyer is notified of the overage charge and must approve it. The overage amount is added to the order total and held in escrow like the original payment.
Tracking revision rounds
The order detail page shows a revision counter: "Revision 2 of 3 included" for example. Both the buyer and artist can see how many rounds have been used and how many remain. This keeps expectations clear and avoids surprises.
As a buyer, consolidate your feedback into a single revision request rather than sending multiple small change requests. Each submission by the artist counts as one round regardless of how many changes were included.
