Managing Your KreatorHub™ Gigs
How to create, edit, and optimize your service listings on KreatorHub™.
Creating a gig
From your Artist Dashboard, click "Create Gig". Fill in the title, description, category, and tags. A good gig title clearly states what you deliver — for example, "Professional 6-Color Screen Print Separations" is better than "Design Work".
Pricing tiers
Each gig supports up to three pricing tiers: Basic, Standard, and Premium. For each tier, set the price, delivery time (in days), number of included revisions, and a description of what is included. Tiered pricing lets you offer options for different budgets and project scopes.
Portfolio and samples
Upload portfolio images to your gig listing showing examples of similar work. These are the first thing buyers see when browsing. High-quality before/after images, mockups on garments, and close-up detail shots perform best. You can upload up to 10 images per gig.
Gig status
Gigs can be ACTIVE (visible and accepting orders), PAUSED (hidden from search but existing orders continue), or DRAFT (not yet published). Use PAUSED when you need a break from new orders without losing your listing and reviews.
Artist tiers and visibility
Your artist tier (VERIFIED, PRO, ELITE) affects how prominently your gigs appear in search results. Higher-tier artists get priority placement. Advance tiers by completing orders, earning 5-star reviews, and maintaining fast delivery times. The admin vetting dashboard tracks your progression.
