How art approval works
Upload a mockup to the job's Files tab (or use the Mockup Editor to build one). Then send the customer their portal link. They can view the mockup and click Approve or Request Revision — no login required.
Creating a mockup
Go to the job and click the Mockup tab. Choose a garment template, upload your artwork, and position it on the garment. Save the mockup and it will be visible in the customer portal.
What the customer sees
Through their portal link, customers can see the mockup image, approve it with one click, or type a revision note and request changes. You'll get notified either way.
After approval
Once the customer approves, the job status can automatically advance (if you have that automation set up). The approval is timestamped and saved to the job record.
