Size Collection — Collect Team Sizes
How to create size collection links, send them to teams, monitor responses, and generate jobs from the results.
What is size collection?
Size Collection lets you create a shareable link that team members visit to submit their name and apparel sizes. Instead of emailing a spreadsheet back and forth, everyone fills out a simple form. You get a live breakdown of sizes as responses come in.
Creating a collection
- 1Go to Size Collection in the sidebar and click "New Collection"
- 2Name the collection (e.g., "Acme Corp Spring Polos")
- 3Choose which size options to include (S, M, L, XL, 2XL, etc.)
- 4Add any extra fields you need (department, number, preferred color)
- 5Click Create — you get a shareable link and a QR code
Send the link via email or text. The form works on any device — no login required.
Monitoring responses
The collection detail page shows a live dashboard with a size breakdown table (how many S, M, L, etc.), a list of individual responses, and a completion percentage. You can send reminder emails to people who have not responded yet.
Creating a job from results
- 1Once all responses are in, click "Create Job" on the collection page
- 2The job is pre-filled with the customer, garment details, and exact size quantities
- 3Review and adjust as needed, then save the job
Tips for success
Set a deadline and communicate it clearly — open-ended collections tend to drag. Use the reminder feature a day or two before the deadline. If someone submits the wrong size, they can re-submit using the same link (their latest response overwrites the previous one).
