What is the Smart Inbox?
The Smart Inbox connects to your Gmail account and watches for incoming emails that look like purchase orders. When it finds one, AI extracts the job details (customer name, quantity, garments, sizes) and creates a draft job automatically.
How to connect Gmail
Go to Settings → Integrations → Gmail. Click "Connect Gmail". Sign in with your shop's Google account and grant the required permissions. Kontrol™ will start monitoring new emails for purchase orders.
Reviewing auto-created jobs
When a PO is detected, a draft job appears in your inbox marked for review. Check the details, make any corrections, and approve the job to move it into your pipeline.
