Manage your AssetLab™ listings, track sales, and withdraw earnings.
Applying to sell
Go to AssetLab™ → "Become a Seller" and complete the application. You will need your shop name, a portfolio or website link, and a short description of the assets you plan to sell. Approval typically takes 1-2 business days.
Creating a listing
- 1Go to your Seller Dashboard (AssetLab™ → My Seller Dashboard)
- 2Click "New Listing"
- 3Upload your template file (Fabric.js JSON, PNG, or SVG)
- 4Add a title, description, category, and preview images
- 5Set your price (or mark it as free)
- 6Click "Publish" to make it live in AssetLab™
Managing your listings
From the Seller Dashboard you can edit, unpublish, or delete any of your listings. You can also see how many times each listing has been viewed and purchased.
Tracking earnings
The Seller Dashboard shows your total earnings, pending payouts, and a breakdown by listing. Earnings are calculated after the platform fee (20%) is deducted. Payouts are processed through your connected Stripe account. Sellers also earn a share of Pro subscription revenue for assets opted into the Pro Library.
Seller tiers
AssetLab™ rewards active sellers with a tier system based on how many assets you opt into the Pro Library. Standard Seller (0–4 Pro assets) gets basic visibility. Pro Contributor (5–14 Pro assets) gets boosted search placement, a Pro Contributor badge, and category feature eligibility. Elite Creator (15+ Pro assets) gets homepage featured placement, newsletter spotlight, and priority support.
Level up to Pro Contributor by opting 5 assets into the Pro Library — the search boost alone can significantly increase your sales.
AssetLab™ Boost advertising
Boost your listings with paid advertising to increase visibility. Search Boost ($1–$10/day) makes your listings appear higher in search results. Featured Home ($4.99/week) places your listing on the AssetLab™ homepage (6 spots max). Category Spotlight ($2.99/week) puts your listing at the top of its category page. All Boost campaigns include impression and click tracking so you can measure ROI.
Seller best practices
Include high-quality preview images showing your template on multiple garment colors. Write clear descriptions that mention what print methods the template works best with (screen print, DTG, heat transfer). Respond to buyer questions promptly — seller rating affects search ranking. Opt your best assets into the Pro Library for increased exposure and higher-tier benefits.
Templates with multiple color variants and print locations consistently outsell single-design packs. Combine Pro Library opt-in with a Search Boost campaign for maximum visibility.
