What is Quik Quote™?
Quik Quote™ lets you get a price estimate by talking to KORA™ in natural language. Say or type something like "quote 500 shirts, 3 colors front, 1 color back" and KORA™ returns an estimate using your configured pricing matrix.
How to use it
Open the KORA™ panel from the dashboard and type or speak your quote request. Include: quantity, color count, decoration method, and garment type if relevant. KORA™ will ask follow-up questions if any details are missing.
What you get back
KORA™ returns: per-piece price, total job price, screen setup fees, and a breakdown by location. You can then convert the quote into a job with one click — all the specs carry over.
SMS quoting
You can also text quotes via SMS if Twilio is set up. Text "quote 200 2 colors" to your shop number and KORA™ replies with the estimate. Great for quoting customers while you're on the phone or away from your desk.
