What is KORA™?
KORA™ (Kontrol™ Operational Reasoning Agent) is an AI assistant with 128+ built-in tools that can read and act on your live shop data. It lives in a slide-over panel on your dashboard and can also be triggered by voice on desktop. KORA™ can look up jobs, create invoices, check production status, send SMS notifications, and much more — all through natural language.
How to open KORA™
Click the KORA™ icon in the dashboard sidebar or top navigation. The assistant opens as a slide-over panel on the right side of your screen. You can also say "Hey Kora" on desktop to activate voice mode.
Voice commands
On desktop, KORA™ supports voice-in and voice-out conversation. Say "Hey Kora" to wake the assistant, then speak your command naturally. KORA™ responds with text-to-speech so you can work hands-free. Examples: • "Hey Kora, what jobs are due this week?" • "Hey Kora, send a payment reminder to Fuzed Labs" • "Hey Kora, how many screens are ready for tomorrow?"
Voice mode works best in Chrome and Edge on desktop. Mobile browsers may have limited microphone support.

Tool indicators and confirmations
When KORA™ uses a tool (like looking up a job or sending a message), you will see a tool indicator in the chat showing which tool is running. For actions that change data (creating jobs, sending emails, updating statuses), KORA™ asks for confirmation before proceeding — so nothing happens without your approval.
SMS commands
You can also interact with KORA™ via SMS if Twilio is configured. Text your shop number with a command and KORA™ will respond. This is useful when you are away from your computer and need a quick status check or want to trigger an action remotely.
