Using KORA™ via SMS
Text your shop's Kontraktr number to get instant AI responses — no app needed.
How it works
When a team member texts the shop's Twilio number, KORA™ detects the intent from keywords in the message, runs the matching tool against your live data, and sends the response back as an SMS — usually within a few seconds.
Available SMS commands
• "morning briefing" — your daily summary with jobs due, overdue items, and revenue snapshot • "production status" — presses running, queue depth, jobs in progress • "overdue jobs" — past-due orders that need attention • "overdue invoices" — unpaid invoices • "today's schedule" — calendar for the day • "shop health score" — composite business health (0–100) • "alerts" — proactive warnings and action items • "quote 500 2 colors" — instant speed quote • "due this week" — jobs due in the next 7 days • "inventory" — stock alerts and reorder suggestions • "deliveries" — today's delivery routes • "status KTR-1234" — look up a specific job
Who can use SMS commands?
Only team members whose phone number is saved in their Kontrol™ user profile can trigger KORA™ via SMS. Customer replies are still logged and forwarded to admins as before — they do not trigger AI processing.
Troubleshooting
If KORA™ doesn't respond, make sure: • Your phone number matches what's in your user profile (Settings → My Profile) • Twilio is configured in your shop settings • You're texting the correct shop number If your command isn't recognized, text anything and KORA™ will reply with the list of available commands.
