Commissioning work on KreatorHub™
How to post a brief, review bids from vetted artists, pay safely through protected checkout, and receive delivered-on-brief creative work.
What KreatorHub™ is for
KreatorHub™ is where you commission custom creative work from vetted artists — original artwork, color separations, embroidery digitizing, DTF and DTG art prep, and more. Instead of searching around for a freelancer, you describe what you need and let qualified artists come to you.
Posting a brief and hiring an artist
- 1Open KreatorHub™ from the Marketplaces menu and choose to post a brief
- 2Describe the project — garment colors, number of ink colors, file format, deadline, and any reference images
- 3Review the bids and portfolios that come in, and compare ratings and completed-work counts
- 4Pick the artist who fits and confirm the hire — your payment is held safely until the work is delivered
The more specific your brief, the better the bids. Spell out the final file format you need and attach reference images whenever you can.
Working with your artist
Once you've hired, an in-order message thread opens between you and the artist. Use it to share files, clarify details, and discuss revisions. Each project includes a set number of revision rounds, so review carefully and bundle your feedback into each round.
Receiving the work and releasing payment
When the artist submits the deliverable, you're notified to review it. If it's on brief, approve it and payment is released to the artist. If something needs fixing, request a revision instead. After approval you can leave a rating that helps other shops find great artists.
