Batch Art Processing in Kleanr™
Upload multiple artwork files and process them all through Kleanr™ at once — vectorize, remove backgrounds, and reduce colors in bulk.
When to use batch processing
Batch processing is useful when you have multiple pieces of artwork that need the same treatment — for example, a set of logos for a sponsor wall, multiple designs for a catalog, or a collection of graphics that all need background removal before production.
How to process a batch
- 1Open Kleanr™ and click "New Project."
- 2Drag and drop multiple files into the upload area (or click to browse and select multiple files).
- 3Kleanr™ queues all files and begins processing them sequentially.
- 4Each file shows its own status: queued, processing, completed, or failed.
- 5Review results for each file individually. Adjust settings for any file that needs manual tweaking.
- 6Export all files at once or individually.
Applying settings across a batch
You can configure your vectorization and color settings once and apply them to all files in the batch. If a specific file needs different treatment, select it and adjust its settings individually without affecting the others.
Save a custom preset before starting a batch. Then apply the preset to all files for consistent output across the entire set.
Sending batch results to a job
After processing, use "Send to Job" to attach all finished artwork and extracted color palettes to a single Kontrol™™ job. This is especially useful for multi-location print jobs where each location has different artwork.
