Free tier
The Free tier lets you try Kontrol™ with no commitment. It includes 1 user seat, up to 10 active jobs, basic customer management, the job pipeline, calendar view, and the customer portal. You get the core workflow — quote to invoice — but without automations, integrations, or advanced tools.
Starter — $99/mo ($79/mo annual)
Starter unlocks automations and integrations. It includes up to 3 user seats, unlimited jobs, email automations, outbound webhooks (Zapier-compatible), Stripe online payments, the Quote Calculator, basic reporting, and email support. This is the right tier if you need to automate status emails, accept online payments, or connect to external apps via webhooks.
Professional — $249/mo ($199/mo annual)
Professional is for growing shops that need the full toolset. It includes up to 10 user seats, SMS notifications (Twilio), QuickBooks or Xero sync, Gmail/Outlook Smart Inbox, Google Drive sync, production queue, AssetLab™ seller access, API access, custom invoice branding, file manager, team chat, and priority support.
Business — $449/mo ($359/mo annual)
Business adds multi-location support, advanced analytics, delivery route management, KORA AI assistant, Shopify integration, EasyPost/ShipStation shipping, white-label branding, custom domain for the customer portal, and a dedicated onboarding specialist. Designed for shops running multiple presses or locations.
Enterprise — $699+/mo ($559+/mo annual)
Enterprise includes everything in Business plus unlimited user seats, custom integrations, SLA guarantees, a dedicated account manager, SSO/SAML authentication, audit logs, HIPAA-ready configuration, and volume discounts for multi-location deployments. Contact sales for custom pricing.
How to compare and upgrade
Go to Settings > Billing > Subscription to see your current plan, usage, and a side-by-side feature comparison. Upgrades are prorated — you only pay the difference for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
Not sure which plan fits? Start with Starter and upgrade when you need SMS, accounting sync, or more seats. You will never lose data when changing plans.
