Delivery Analytics
Understanding delivery KPIs, charts, and driver performance metrics to improve your local delivery operation.
Accessing delivery analytics
Go to Delivery Routes → Analytics in the sidebar. The dashboard shows key performance indicators, trend charts, and a driver performance table. You can filter by date range (last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or custom).
Key performance indicators
The KPI cards at the top show: • Total deliveries completed • On-time delivery rate (percentage delivered within the time window) • Average delivery time per stop • Failed delivery rate • Average stops per route These give you an at-a-glance view of how your delivery operation is performing.
Charts and trends
Below the KPIs you will find trend charts showing deliveries over time, on-time rate trends, and route efficiency (stops per hour). Use these to spot patterns — for example, if on-time rates drop on Fridays, you may need to start routes earlier or add a second driver.
Driver performance
The driver performance table shows per-driver metrics: deliveries completed, on-time rate, average time per stop, and failed delivery count. This helps you identify your top performers and drivers who might need additional support or route adjustments.
Improving delivery performance
Common ways to improve: • Use the route optimizer consistently — even small improvements in stop order save time • Set realistic time windows based on actual drive times, not guesses • Check business hours before building routes to avoid failed deliveries • Review failed delivery reasons to identify recurring issues (wrong address, no dock access, etc.)
