How to Complete Assigned Training

Finding your assigned training

Open My Portal → Training to see all modules assigned to you. Incomplete modules show a progress bar. Click any module to resume where you left off.

Completing a module

1. 1Read through each content section at your own pace.
2. 2Watch any embedded videos (some modules require full playback).
3. 3Take the quiz at the end — you need the minimum passing score to complete the module.
4. 4If you don't pass, review the content and retake the quiz.
5. 5Once you pass, click Download Certificate to save your PDF.

Time tracking

Time spent on each module is tracked automatically. Your manager can see how long each section took, which helps them improve training content over time.
