How Auto-Reorder and the Reorder Center Work

Setting reorder points

1. 1Go to Inventory and click any item to open its detail page.
2. 2Set the Reorder Point (minimum stock level before reordering).
3. 3Set the Reorder Quantity (how many to order when triggered).
4. 4Select the preferred supplier for that item.

How auto-reorder works

When an item's stock level drops below the reorder point, Kontrol™ auto-drafts a purchase order for the configured quantity from your preferred supplier. You get a notification to review and approve the PO before it's sent. Nothing ships without your approval.

The Reorder Center

The Reorder Center (Inventory → Reorder Center) shows all items at or below their reorder point, grouped by urgency: critical (out of stock), low (below reorder point), and healthy (above). Approve, edit, or dismiss draft POs from one screen.
