How Production Approval Works

How it works

When a job reaches the approval stage, Kontrol™ generates a unique token-based link and emails it to the customer. The customer clicks the link, reviews the job details and any attached photos, and clicks Approve. No account or login needed.

Sending an approval request

1. 1Open the completed job and click "Request Approval" in the top toolbar.
2. 2Kontrol™ sends the customer an email with a unique approval link.
3. 3The customer reviews the job on a public approval page.
4. 4They click Approve or leave feedback if changes are needed.

Tracking approvals

The approval status appears on the job detail page and in the production queue. You can see which jobs are awaiting customer sign-off and follow up on any that haven't been approved yet.
