Every marketplace participant earns a reputation badge based on their activity and reviews: • New — just joined, no completed transactions yet • Verified — identity confirmed, first transactions completed • Pro — consistent high-quality work and positive reviews • Elite — top-tier status with a proven track record Higher badge levels unlock perks like 24-hour early job notifications and priority placement in search results.
Platform Guarantee
Every escrow transaction on KreatorHub™ and LoKator™ is backed by a Platform Guarantee. Funds are held securely until the buyer confirms satisfactory delivery. If there is a dispute, the platform mediates and can issue refunds, partial payments, or splits.
One-tap rebooking
Worked with a great provider or artist before? Use one-tap rebooking to create a new order with pre-filled details from your last transaction. This saves time and ensures consistency when you re-order from the same source.
UNLIMITED subscription
For high-volume marketplace users, the UNLIMITED subscription tier eliminates platform fees entirely (0% on all transactions). This is ideal for shops or artists who use the marketplace frequently and want predictable costs.
Earnings dashboard
Marketplace sellers have access to an earnings dashboard that shows total earnings, transaction history, fee breakdown, and a tax summary with CSV export. Use this for bookkeeping, quarterly tax estimates, and tracking your marketplace income over time.
