KreatorHub™ Art Job Bidding — Find Artists for Your Projects
Post art and design jobs, set budgets, review artist bids, and negotiate via real-time messaging on KreatorHub™.
How to post an art job
KreatorHub™ art job bidding is a reverse marketplace: you describe the work you need (color separations, embroidery digitizing, vector illustration, mockup design, etc.) and artists bid on your project. This means you set the terms and artists compete for your business.
- 1Navigate to KreatorHub™ → Post a Job (or visit /kreatorhub/jobs and click "Post a Job").
- 2Fill in the job details: title, description, category (separations, digitizing, illustration, etc.), deadline.
- 3Upload reference files if you have them — source artwork, style examples, or brand guidelines.
- 4Set your budget range (minimum and maximum) and submit the posting.
Include as much context as possible in your description. Artists bid more accurately when they understand the scope, style, and intended use of the artwork.
Setting a budget
Every art job requires a budget range. Set a minimum (the lowest you expect to pay) and a maximum (the most you are willing to spend). Artists see both numbers and bid within or below your range. If no bids come in, consider raising your maximum or providing more detail to attract interest. Platform fees are 17% total: 12% charged to the artist and 5% to the buyer. These are factored into the bid amount shown to you.
Reviewing artist bids
As artists bid on your job, each bid appears in your job dashboard with the artist's portfolio, tier (Verified, Pro, or Elite), proposed price, estimated delivery time, and a message explaining their approach. Bids are private — artists cannot see each other's bids. Review each artist's full KreatorHub™ profile, including past work samples, ratings, and specializations, before making a decision.
Messaging and negotiation
Every bid includes a real-time messaging thread (powered by SSE). You can ask questions, request portfolio samples, discuss scope changes, or negotiate pricing before accepting a bid. This pre-bid conversation helps ensure both sides are aligned on expectations before money changes hands.
For artists: finding and bidding on jobs
Artists with an active KreatorHub™ profile can browse the public job board at /kreatorhub/jobs. Jobs are categorized by type (separations, digitizing, illustration, etc.) and can be filtered by budget, deadline, and category. To bid on a job, open the listing, review the requirements and reference files, and submit your bid with a price, delivery estimate, and a message to the client. You can message the client before bidding to ask clarifying questions. KreatorHub™ matches your skill tags to relevant job postings and sends notifications when new jobs in your specialties are posted. Artists with higher tier status (Pro, Elite) appear higher in the client's bid list.
