Listing tiers overview
LoKator™ offers three listing tiers so any decorated apparel, signage, or promotional products shop can get found by local customers: • Free Listing — included with every Kontrol™ subscription at no extra cost. Your shop appears in search results with your profile, portfolio, and contact info. • Basic Listing ($24.99/mo) — for shops that do not use Kontrol™. Includes a public profile page, portfolio gallery, and inbound quote request form. • Featured Listing ($49.99/mo) — priority search placement, a "Featured" badge on your listing, and pinned results at the top of relevant searches. Available to both Kontrol™ subscribers and standalone shops.
How to subscribe
- 1Visit kontraktr.io/find-a-printer and click "List Your Shop"
- 2Create a LoKator™ account (or sign in with your existing Kontrol™ credentials)
- 3Fill in your shop profile: name, address, services, logo, cover photo, and description
- 4Choose your plan — Free (Kontrol™ subscribers), Basic ($24.99/mo), or Featured ($49.99/mo)
- 5Enter payment details for Basic or Featured plans (Stripe-powered checkout)
- 6Your listing goes live within minutes
Already a Kontrol™ subscriber? Your free listing is activated automatically from Settings → General → Shop Profile. Upgrade to Featured from the same page.
What happens on cancellation
If you cancel a paid listing (Basic or Featured), your listing remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your listing is removed from search results. Your profile data is preserved for 90 days — resubscribe within that window and your listing is restored instantly. Kontrol™ subscribers who cancel their Kontrol™ subscription can keep their LoKator™ listing by switching to a Basic or Featured plan. You'll be prompted during the cancellation flow.
Featured listing benefits
Featured listings get maximum visibility: • Priority placement — appear above standard results in every matching search • "Featured" badge — a visual indicator that builds trust with potential customers • Pinned results — stay at the top of your city/region searches • Higher inquiry rates — Featured shops receive significantly more quote requests than standard listings
Kontrol™ upsell path
Every LoKator™ listing page for non-Kontrol™ shops includes a subtle prompt: "Manage your entire shop with Kontrol™ — free LoKator™ listing included." This means your Basic or Featured listing doubles as a warm lead into the full Kontrol™ platform. If you upgrade to Kontrol™, your listing subscription cost is waived automatically.
