What is Batch Personalization?

Batch personalization lets you manage orders where each piece has unique text — like names on wedding favors, employee names on corporate gifts, or custom serial numbers. The spreadsheet editor stores all items in the job's substrate details.

Adding Batch Items

1. 1Open a laser job and navigate to the Batch Items tab.
2. 2Add rows manually or click Import CSV to upload a name list.
3. 3For each row, enter the engraving text, select a material, set quantity, and add optional notes.
4. 4Click Save Batch to store all items.

Exporting for Production

Click Export to download a CSV of all batch items. This can be used as a production checklist or imported into your laser software for file setup.
