Understanding Customer Health Scores
Churn prevention alerts that tell you which customers need attention.
What is a health score?
Each customer gets a score from 0 to 100 based on: how recently they placed an order, how frequently they order, their average order value, and their engagement with the portal. A score above 70 is healthy. Below 40 is at risk.
How to use health scores
Go to Customers and sort by health score. Focus on customers in the "At Risk" and "Declining" categories. Each at-risk customer includes recommended actions: send a check-in email, offer a discount on their next order, or schedule a call.
Weekly alerts
Kontrol™ sends a weekly summary of customers whose health scores have dropped significantly. This email goes to admins and sales reps so someone can take action before the customer churns.
