How to Set Up an Online Campaign Store
Create time-limited or permanent merch stores for teams, events, and fundraisers.
Creating a campaign
- 1Go to Campaigns → New Campaign.
- 2Add a name, description, and deadline (or choose "Always Open" for a permanent store).
- 3Upload product images and set pricing for each item.
- 4Share the public store link with your customer.
Size collection
Campaigns can include a size collection step. Before the store opens, send the size collection link to the team so everyone submits their sizes. The collected sizes auto-populate the campaign products.
What happens when a campaign closes
When the deadline passes (or you manually close it), all orders are consolidated into a single production job with a complete size breakdown. The job enters your pipeline like any other order — ready for art, screens, and production.
Permanent stores
Toggle "Always Open" to run a campaign as a permanent online store with no expiry. This is ideal for team merch shops, school spirit stores, or ongoing fundraisers.
