How to Import Orders from Shopify

Connecting Shopify
- 1Go to Settings → Integrations → Shopify.
- 2Click "Connect Shopify" and enter your Shopify store URL.
- 3Authorize the connection in your Shopify admin.
- 4Map your Shopify products to Kontrol™ job templates.
How orders flow in
When a customer places an order on your Shopify store, a new job is created in Kontrol™ automatically. The customer name, shipping address, product details, quantities, and size breakdown are all pre-filled. The job enters your pipeline in Quote or Received status depending on your configuration.
Syncing fulfillment back
When you ship the job in Kontrol™, the tracking number and fulfillment status sync back to Shopify so the customer gets their shipping notification through Shopify's standard email flow.
