How to Use the Production Gantt Chart

Opening the Gantt chart

Go to Production → Gantt Chart in the sidebar. The chart shows all active jobs as horizontal bars on a timeline, grouped by press. Each bar spans from the scheduled start to the expected completion.

Scheduling jobs

1. 1Drag a job bar to move it to a different time slot or press.
2. 2Resize the bar's edges to adjust the scheduled duration.
3. 3If two jobs overlap on the same press, a red collision indicator appears — resolve it by moving one job.
4. 4Capacity bars at the top of each press row show utilization percentage.

Filtering and views

Filter by department, press, priority, or date range. Toggle between day, week, and month views. Jobs are color-coded by status so you can see at a glance what's in progress vs. waiting.
