How to Set Up and Manage Multiple Locations

Adding a location
- 1Go to Settings → Locations and click Add Location.
- 2Enter the location name, address, and timezone.
- 3Assign team members to the location.
- 4Set location-specific settings: tax rates, default printer, work hours.
Switching locations
Use the location switcher in the top navigation bar to switch between locations. All dashboards, reports, and job lists filter to the selected location. Select "All Locations" for a combined view.
Per-location analytics
The Analytics dashboard breaks down revenue, job volume, and production metrics by location. Compare locations side-by-side to identify which shops are outperforming and where to focus improvement.
