How to Use Kliq™ Push-to-Talk
Walkie-talkie-style communication for your shop floor — channels, departments, and scanner mode.
What is Kliq™?
Kliq™ replaces walkie-talkies and group texts with a built-in push-to-talk system inside Kontrol™. Think of it as a digital intercom for your shop — organized by channels so the right people hear the right messages.
Setting up channels
Go to Komms → Kliq™ and create channels for each department or team: Press Floor, Art Room, Shipping, Front Office. Assign team members to the channels they need. Members only see and hear channels they're assigned to.
Sending a message
Open a channel and tap the push-to-talk button. Your voice message is recorded and broadcast to everyone in that channel. Messages can also be typed if voice isn't practical. All messages are logged so nothing gets lost.
Scanner mode
Kliq™ includes a scanner mode that lets you scan a job's QR code and broadcast a status update to the relevant channel. Scan → speak → everyone on that channel knows what's happening with that job.
