How to Create and Share Public Order Forms

Creating an order form

1. 1Go to Settings → Order Forms and click New Form.
2. 2Choose which fields to include: garment type, colors, sizes, quantities, art upload, due date, notes.
3. 3Customize the form with your shop's branding (logo, colors).
4. 4Copy the public URL or embed code.

How submissions work

When a customer submits the form, a new job is created in Kontrol™ with all the details pre-filled. The job enters your pipeline in Quote or Received status depending on your configuration. You get a notification to review and confirm.

Sharing the form

Share the public URL directly with customers, embed it on your website using the provided HTML snippet, or link it in your email signature. The form works on any device without requiring the customer to create an account.
